Attention – new year 4 blog!

Hi Year 4,

We hope you are managing to enjoy some of the lovely sunshine we’re lucky enough to be having at the moment. It feels like a really strange time right now with everything that is going on in the World. We hope that you are all looking after yourselves and helping out, where possible, in your home.

Well done to everyone who has completed tasks on Purple Mash, it’s lovely to see that you are all keeping so busy. If you haven’t managed to get on Purple Mash yet please don’t worry but if you do get time we hope you enjoy the activities. Remember, reading, practising your times tables (or any maths) and practising your spellings are just as important.

We’ve really missed hearing all of your exciting news from home so we’ve decided to set up a class blog on Purple Mash. The blog will be an opportunity for us all to chat and share ideas about learning and keeping busy. To access the blog you will need to sign into Purple Mash as normal and then click on sharing – shared blogs – year 4 blog. You will be able to read what has already been posted and then add your own comments or upload pictures and work. We have to ‘approve’ your comments so it may take a little while for your comments to appear. We’ll try and be as quick as possible!

If anyone is having problems accessing their Purple Mash account please email the school office and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Look forward to chatting with you over on the Purple Mash blog.

Mrs Bilclough and Mrs Richardson

Bonjour Year 4!

Bonjour Year 4!

To keep your French going while at home please click on the French flag below to find some exciting activities.

There are videos to watch, recipes to cook and even a game you can play with all of the family.

We would love to see how you get on with these activities. Maybe your adult could help you share your thoughts or some pictures on Twitter or Facebook and tag school with #heddonschool so we can see them.
